HALT operates as the point of collaboration, bringing together government and non-government agencies across the Horowhenua and Otaki to work together to address family violence.

HALT coordinates a group of agencies who have signed an agreement to work together to offer support and assistance to those experiencing family violence. HALT also maintains contact with a wider group of individuals and agencies who have an interest in reducing family violence and supporting healthy families.
